If it is unavailable in the SPICE you can your self build an equivalent circuit in the SPICE. The equivalent circuit contains a capacitor, a series resistance and a series inductance. The capacitor and inductor are shunted by a parallel resistance. You can build a SPICE subcercuit for the capacitor. The circuit parameters can be determined by the measurement.
