Dear Majid Hadi The journal “IET Microwaves, Antennas & Propagation journal” is an open access journal and in most cases, there is an article processing charge (APC). In this case as well: https://ietresearch.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/hub/journal/17518733/homepage/open-access However they have a pretty good waiver program https://authorservices.wiley.com/open-research/open-access/for-authors/waivers-and-discounts.html and their so-called “automatic waivers” enable researchers based in countries on their list (including yours) to publish free of costs.
