However, some cases of negative for all hormones including LSH and FSH (some of these cases positive for CM5.2) and some other cases positive focally for LSH and FSH and negative for CAM5.2

We found sf-1 positivity in many of previously classified null cell adenoma.
And, it is not expressed in pit-1 expresssion GH or Proactin adenoma.

This antibody is reactive with all types of hormone of pituitary adenoma.
