Every places have their atmosfer, different from one place to the others places. The atmosfer felt in Musashi is different to the atmosfer of Owari.
What happen when a person experience two places atmosfer in the same time ?! It seems that he/she can experience delusion and hallusinasion. Can't he/ can't she ?

No, Schizophrenia is a complex psychiatric disorder whose exact causes remain unclear. It is a multifactorial condition, and its development cannot be attributed to the influence of two different atmospheres. The exact causative factors and their interactions are still an active area of research, and our understanding of this disorder continues to evolve.
