I recently presented a paper in the Rupkatha International Online Conference 2020, and I'm all set to submit my final paper for publication. But I just came across a feedback on the page that Rupkatha is no more on the Ugc Care list? But as of 14 June 2019, it's indexed by the UGC, Sl.no 389.
Could anyone please enlighten me on this?

If you talk about “Rupkatha Journal on Interdisciplinary Studies in Humanities” I think it is pretty safe. Although the scope of the journal is not my field of expertise I ‘simply’ look at the facts and I see that the journal is:
-Indexed in Scopus since 2009:

So the remark "no more in the UGC carelist" is a bit of a mystery to me because more quality indicators that you are dealing with a legit journal is hardly possible. Perhaps ask the people behind the UGC list (or someone having access to the list(s)?) for the reason since I estimate this to be a safe choice for publishing your paper.

List of UGC journals is dynamic in nature, updated probably after three months. Better to create profile and check the list before communication.
