In my opinion, research plan in the beginning seems to useless thing sometimes. Researcher does not have enough ideas about that field in the beginning. He does not know if he can finish this research in his lab or not in his limited time. He does not know if he has the required softwares or tools.
Please share your opinions with me, because I'd like to define a new method for doing research without facing problems.
Personally, I have changed my topic after spending long time trying in some areas and I understood that "Another researcher does a good research in one area does not mean that you can do it". Perhaps it is because he has more knowledge in this area, he has access to more sources of knowledge or tools, etc.
