Since IF of "IET Power Electronics" has been increased 25% this year (2019), I am not sure this journal is Q1 or Q2?
In addition, it seems there are two ranking list for journals: 1- SJR (Scopus) 2- JCR (WoS) Which one is more acceptable in academic environments and systems?
I cannot understand that I should use SJR or WoS Q list.
"IET Power Electronics" is a Q1 journal based on SJR. However, it is ranked Q2 by WoS (JCR).

Thanks for your kind answer. However, the mentioned website ( LetPu ) presents some results which are not sometimes based on SJR nor WoS.
For instance, Journal of Ambient Intelligence and Humanized Computing is ranked:
"Q2" by SJR (Scopus)
"Q3" by WoS/Web of Science (JCR)
However, LetPu is ranked this journal "Q1". It is different than what JCR/WoS says.

The apparent confusion has to do with a number of reasons:
-First of all the database on which both indexes are based upon are different (one is based on journals in the Scopus database and the other is based on the WoS/Clarivate indexed journals).
-Another reason could be that a journal is often included in different categories and the Q1, Q2 etc. classification is/can be different in different fields/categories. In other words a journal can be a Q1 journal in biophysics but a Q2 journal in biochemistry.
-Within the same category the different services (either Scopus or Clarivate) might use different criteria and certainly different journals that they include in basically the same category.
This explains the differences of the journal "IET Power Electronics" you observed:
-Q1 (SJR) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
-Q2 (JCR) in Engineering, Electrical & Electronic
Which one is more appreciated? Well Scopus is more and more used and is based on a way larger set of journals than WoS. Historically (or should I say traditionally) the ‘real’ impact factor of WoS (Clarivate) is still the most accepted and used.
PS. See the numerous discussions here on RG and the huge number of papers about the benefits and drawbacks of the use of impact factor, H-index and so on when it comes to for example the evaluation of research.
