Is Q10 constant for an enzyme or does it modify in response to environmental conditions?

Q10 is a measure of the proportional increase in velocity of enzyme, when temperature increase 10 C.

Make some experiments. Eg. change the pH of reaction solution but keep temperature constant and measure the rate of reaction.
