Is it true that, publishing a paper in a SCI journal is better than publishing a paper in expanded SCI?
In several forums, I have seen that the article processing time is less in SCI expanded journals compared to SCI Journals. Is it true? Is there any SCI journal (related to computer science) which takes around 2 months of article processing time?
What are the advantages and disadvantages between SCI and Expanded SCI?

SCI journals normally have long processing time and have rigid procedures. They follow more stringent peer review/refereeing system in order to ensure the quality and relevance of the article they publish. So publishing in SCI journals have more value than publishing SCIExpanded Journals.
