Common perspective on (chronic) low back pain is that mental and social aspect play a dominant role. This leads to underexposure of physical aspects. From a true biopsychosocial perspective all aspects should be included, even when the contribution is considered relatively smal. Leaving out such an aspect completely should be considered erraneous.

I wonder how this research group consideres this issue.
