The concept *capital* began with the consideration of the factors of production (Land (L) Labor or work (W) Capital (C)). Time goes by, many authors present social and human capital.
Lindon J. Robison et al, tell that social capital is abiding, flexible, fungible. It´s a ressource that people obtain from others. Human capital is a personal resource like skills, experience. Reading some papers i ever see they include motivation in human capital. I call for suggestions

Yes, you can consider motivation as a part of human capital. Competence and commitment are probably the entrepreneurs´ most important assets. The distinction between human capital, social capital (networking, advice etc), and financial capital makes sense and these factors can probably predict business performance.

I´ll be grateful to receive any paper with a focus on this aspect. Describing the characteristic of the Capital first (as resource) and the human capital as a resource with all its components (not only Skills, experiences, Education)
You may want to look at the works by Fred Luthans and associates on psychological capital. You may also want to replace the concept of capital with resources, if that suit your purpose better.
