Is more than 2 indicators a necessity for latent variables in strutural equation modeling?

Sometimes after the confirmatory factor analysis few latent have only 1 or 2 indicators left after goodness of fit.

Is it accepted or authentic to run the model in this condition?

All the latent variables in attached file have at least 3 indicators but all the time it's not possible.
