I am doing research about CO2 reforming. In my research, I want to use ppm unit for syngas concentration. But, many papers show the result in micromole unit. Is there anyone using ppm unit for dry reforming result?
A milligram per liter (mg/L) is a unit of measurement of mass concentration that shows how many milligrams of a certain substance are present in one litre of a liquid or gaseous mixture.
You are perfectly free to use whatever units you are comfortable with. Most of the commercial reforming world use mole/volume% for syngas composition. They also tend to use MSCF/D or KNM3/Hr for rates.
