If, silicone and gases mixture used must have been treated to make free from living entities then I don't think there is need to go for any microbiological testing when prepared in alcohol at optimal concentration.
It might be worth finding out if there is a maximum ethanol concentration (if water is present, too) at which microorganisms will grow. Yeasts spring to mind.
