There is a well-described Knowledge Creation Process by the seminal Socialization, Externalization, Combination and Internalization (SECI) model by Nonaka and Takeuchi (1995).
Then there is also the Learning Organization idea by Senge. Are these two related to each other?

Hello. In my modest opinion, they are related. Greater KCP are achieved thanks to the learning. Additionally, I would say that is also related to absorptive capacity of organization too.
Yes,@ Adam Sulich , The best way to see the link is through the two other concepts that Nonaka and Takeuchi used; tacit and explicit. Moving from tacit to explicit is a form of one person learning from other or from groups learning one individual within the same organization, It could also involve codification, in other converting tacit knowledge into manuals etc., In a way, this is the essence of "The 5TH Discipline or the Learning organisation.
They both talk about the process of organisational learning, albeit, from different angles and starting points.
When ones refers to the Knowledge creation it seems that we are talking about building up new knowledge and new capacities aiming to attend new applications, processes or products. So it looks like to be more linked to the innovation meaning. On the other hand, Organizational Knowledge seems to be more related to the business domain, i.e, managerial information systems for strategic decision making process, like it is expected from Organizational Intelligence creation according to the Hitt et al words. Together both can gather more competitiveness to the company.
