Is it wrong to publish data associated with an immunosensor- antigen interaction for 12 hrs?

In genenral immune reactions of 1-4 hrs of antibody with antigen.

Usable immuno-sensors normally work much faster; if you use a preferred kinetical evaluation (since it compensates for “dead AB” since the calibration has been performed) you only need a measuring time of around one minute with an optimal microfluidic system. Waiting for 12 hrs makes no sense for a sensor! In this time you could perform a much more sophisticated biochemical analysis.
