It is not T. ni. It appears to be C. includens (or something very similar). C. includens has a huge host range, but is not normally associated with coffee as far as I know.
Hola Luis Miguel, Chrysodeixis includens very comon, and easy to grow. Attached some photos of ex larva. The caterpillar was found on Pelargonium zonale, but it has a large number of host plants.
Thank you all for the comments, definitively is not Trichoplusia ni. Nice photos Chris, your third photo of C. includens is almost identical to mine, perhaps is the male. It is a polyphagous species, in coffee is casual.
