COVID19 has impacted work places and employees in many ways. However, this has led to a new culture at work places which was never studied before, as this was an unprecedented situation. The aftermath of COVID19 would see reduced employees at most work places and higher workload. Employees would have a sense of precaution as well as work hard considering that their colleagues were laid off or furloughed. What other characteristics can be assumed in such culture?
Abi Ra Tele-medicine is one of them. More and more doctors are using online (ex. computers) to diagnose patients. Patients don't have to go to doctor's office. Hospitals and doctor’s offices are increasingly using cloud platforms that allow them to store patient records, send bills, and provide communications between the patient and their doctor.

Sure it will affect but nobody knows to what extent, probably it may become from the forgotten past and people return to normal life?
It will affect the culture in working places. It will affect social life and approach to issues.
Certainly, at least for some years pattern of work will change. The climate and culture of the organization will differ. It will have deep impact on the work values of the employees
