I disagree with the notion that all journals which send invitation to submit papers are fake journals. I received several emails from renowned and high ranking journals for submission of manuscripts.
I suggest if you are not sure about the journals wheter they are fake journals or original journals then inquire about them by visiting journals website, their review process, their membership with COPE, publishing ethics, earlier published paper in those journals and editorial team. If you are a researcher then you wont find difficulty in exploring that wheter a journal is fake or original. Also train your students and collegues for this inqiry.
I also received this email on daily basis. I don't think to send any paper here for publication.
I think its a good general principle not to respond to any such 'cold call' requests unless it's a highly personalized request that's come via someone you know. I get around 30-40 such emails every week requesting submissions for publication, to join review / editorial boards or to present at conferences. Sadly, they are all spam. In terms of ESN specifically, I note on their website that they can't even spell "ASSISTANTCE" properly. Not a good sign!
Don't waste your work in the journals. There is no benefits to publish there, you just losing your work and also negatively influence your reputation.

If the journal is good enough, they don't waste time by sending those kind of messages. Always I do ignore them.

If your article is Scopus or ISI standards, you might consider to highlight some journals follow their criteria and directly email your manuscript to them.

I completely agree with the comments who replied to this thread earlier. If you are not aiming for a journal of high standards, at least your work should not be published in a 'predatory' journal. I suggest you to check with Beall's List before you decide on your journal. Here is the link and you can get more information from the website
