I want to try carbon black and graphite based counter electrode composites with ti-hydrogel for quantum dot sensitized solar cells only I can't find any research on it. All the carbon based CEs for QDSSC are made using different methods from DSSC.

Dear Mojgan the role of the counter electrode is to oxidise the electrolyte so that it has no direct interaction with the active electrode. Therefore as long as the electrolyte is the same you can use the same counter electrode whatever the activ6eelectrode. I hope this helps.
