Is it possible to use Compusyn software to analyse synergism between 2 drugs on in vitro Chequerboard method?

I've been working on a Chequerboard method on a 96-well plate, wich combine one antibiotic and one efflux pump inhibitor.

Through the Chequerboard method itself, i can calculate the FIC index, wich already can avaliate the interaction between the two drugs. But what i acctually wanted is a graphic representation of the results.

I've seen several articles using Compusyn for Cancer cell Inhibition drugs, but i would like to know if it's possible to apply the software for bacterial killing, using the MICs that i have.
