I would like to check, if i can use 2 different Likert Scale questions (e.g "Very Unsatisfied and Very Satisfied" / "Strongly Disagree and Strongly Agree").
I am working on a research related to Student Satisfaction, which variable questions fall between 2 different types of likert scale.

In my opinion yes you can.
In my understanding you are only asking about labeling? yes you can label them differently.
Just one thing make sure you are using same scale (5 point likert scale or 7 scale)..if you are using 5, use 5 for complete questionnaire
Strongly disagree (1)---Strongly agree(5)
Very unsatisfied(1) ...Very Satisfied (5)
as Ashkan Latifi statistically only your labels matters.
Hi, I don’t see any issue with regards to the use of different labels. Just ensure that:
1. There’s no mismatch between item and labelling;
2. You assign appropriate values; and
3. You demarcate your interpretations/explanations clearly to avoid confusion.
