Is it possible to treat cells in vitro with human plasma collected into sodium citrate or heparin tubes?

Hello, I would like to ask if anyone has experience to treat cells with human plasma? Is it possible to use sodium citrate or maybe heparin tubes? Are there some pitfalls? I know that EDTA is not suitable because coagulant will form on the cell layer.
