Is it possible to track biological damage in cellular and sub cellular levels along electron track using Geant4-DNA?

Presently, I intend to simulate DSBs damage and it's repair mechanism using the Geant4-DNA along the track of incident electrons.

Is this viable for all physics process available in Geant4-DNA.
