I am doing an in situ morphological characterization on a fruit tree crop and I am not able to grow the wild types (accessions) due to logistical challenges involving propagation, space and financing-mostly propagation. To finish my graduate study in time, I have therefore, resorted to conduct my research in situ and compare with the cultivated varieties in our possession. My question is, since I will be looking at different locations, is it possible to still conduct G x E or will I be limited to analyze my data on frequencies only? How will I analyze quantitative morphological data
