There are several setups to simulate Micro gravity for the Object you want to use - the most challenging aspect would be the setup of your experiment - please specify what do you have in mind.
Be careful using the term "Zero Gravity" because it's nearly impossible to find experimental enviroments with totally 0 g. Also on the ISS there are some vibrations which makes it nearly impossible to have such environments for a 0 g experiment. Therefore "Microgravity" is a more accurate term and doesn't mean that the quality is bad.
Regarding to simulation you could use clinostats, random positioning machines or magnetic levitation. Nevertheless i am not sure which requirements you have because I am not an expert in material sciences and the simulation is only a simulation. Maybe it's better to perform your experiment in a drop-tower?
