Yes, absolutely - with the volume of academic studies being published, it's perfectly normal and to be expected that multiple manuscripts will have similar titles. Having said that, if practical, it would preferred to make your title unique relative to the existing literature. Presumably your findings are novel and/or add to the current state of knowledge in the relevant field. Even something simple like "Advances in ...." might help to differentiate your article.
Good answer from Hamed. Ahmed - you could - but it is advisable to make journal titles look different. If they are similar, readers may bypass one of them thinking it is the same as another. Others may mistakenly perceive you as 'salami-slicing' your material by submitting similar articles in multiple journals.
Is it possible to publish an article with nearly similar title of a previously published one?
Yes you can but need to make your own title a bit unique so that people don't get confused when they search & get the wrong article. You can also make your article unique through the key words tagging under the abstract section.
Very valid question Sir, The novelty of title is equally important as of your research to gain maximum citations but some area's of research were their are many articles published, we can see a almost similar or same title. A complete title is self explanatory and should give your research enough visibility.
