If I immobilize the ionic liquid on a surface, is this possible to perform the analysis now?

in principle yes, however you should think carefully about data work-up, I am sure you will observe adsorption and absorption, you should be able to distinguish but this will be very dependent upon the composition and chemistry of the ionic liquid concerned.
