Is it possible to output pressure results to an output file using Mechanical APDL commands?

It's already possible to create an output file by right-clicking on Solution>Contact Tool>Pressure as shown in the image. However, this is only for the final time step even if the input loads are given in a time series table. How can the pressure be saved through commands? I want to do this so I can either loop the solver with different forces or I would also like to know if it's possible to output the pressure at various time steps as playing the pressure animation shows the pressure at various time steps. Is it possible to extract this information somehow?
