Hi,
I'm not familiar with "OpenSees" software and I've been using Matlab Simulink tool box to model the semi-active control system to seismic protection of buildings.
Now, I'm interested to utilize OpenSees to do my works. However, I don't know if it is possible to do that (modeling and simulating active control system in OpenSees ).
If anyone has any experience in this field, please help me.

OpenSees is open-source. The open-source movement allows researchers and users to build upon each others accomplishments using OpenSees as community-based software. So you should know C# (compiler).
What I have seen so far for semi-active controlled systems is that they model the damper in Matlab/Simulink which is more convenient for the implementation of control strategies, and the rest of the structure in OpenSees, which is a more suitable tool for simulating structural behavior.
If you are using a simple control strategy, you may choose to code it using TCL programming language in OpenSees itself, and use a zero-length element with proper material for modeling the behavior of the damper (see the attached dissertation from Lehigh University). Otherwise, you can write a code for your active control device in C, C+, or Fortran, and then add it to OpenSees yourself:

I have not done this myself, but I think it is going to be worth it in terms of the speed of the analysis and computational cost.
