Is Solgel method the most effective method to form a zeolite catalyst? I am currently using Sol-gel Method on Powdered Zeolite to form zeolite pallets for the use as a catalyst. This catalyst is used as a pallet for adsorption of pollutants and for reaction to react on the surface. Are there alternatives to this method to form a pallet form catalyst?

For making the zeolite, crystallization step is very critical step, I am thinking how you can make this step by using sol-gel method.

Md. Abdur Rahman Hi thank you for the papers shared. However I would like to know if it is possible to form larger pallets of zeolite crystals using exisiting zeolite. The thing is that commercially available zeolite are either too large or too fine for my application. I was thinking of using ultrafine zeolite binded together and or use it as a seed to form larger crystals of zeolite particles. Would you be able to advice on this? Thank you and appreciate your help in this.
