I have modified nanoparticles then calculated the surface coverage by CC, but I got the value of Qads (adsorption reaction at electrode surface) as the negative charge. What is the effect of the negative intercept of Qads?

The charge transferred Q is calculated by integrating ∫Idt over the time interval from t1 (start) to t2(end), where the current might be as positive, as negative. You will get a negative Q if the current is negative.
Thank you very much for your kind to answer. I think to countenance with your answer. However, I have been tried to test the reaction by cyclic voltammetry then I got the positive current peak so does it relate to Q negative? Becouse I want to use the equation of Anson, 1964.

Maybe you used the experimental setting (working electrode, same electrolyte et al.) repeatedly, that will induce something collected on the working electrode. So it is better for you to try it again and using all the fresh setting.
I agree with Lucia Becucci, it is difficult to say what is the problem without knowing the details of your protocol of measurements.
For example, the model of your potentiostat may be important. As far as I remember, in America cathodic (electroreduction) current is considered to be positive and anodic (electrooxidation) is negative, while, for example, in Europe, it is vice versa. So, if you are using old american potentiostat, you may have sign of the current opposite to what is expected.
But anyway, as the charge is an integral of the current, if the current is positive, charge must be positive.
