Am relatively new to this field. Can somebody suggest a book to find the correlation between the orientation of the molecule and 2D TEM pattern?

If you know crystal structure of molecule, you can fine orientation by indexing of 2D TEM pattern.
That means if we have the TEM diffraction which is indexed, we could predict the orientation. am i right?
If anybody has related article or book please suggest it.
Obviously, if you have an indexed diffraction pattern, so you can calculate the incident beam direction, look for example in the sheets of my lecture:
If the crystal structure is not Known it is better to use X-ray diffraction and from the data you can find the structure and accordingly the orientation of the molecules can easily be determine. If the crystal structure is known you can easily get the indexing and structures easily from literature and accordingly the orientation of the molecules .Any how XRD is much better than electron microscope, due to the Dynamic effect in the later methods
