RTN scenario denotes the quasi-periodic route only. That means SNA can exist.

I think that the strange non-chaotic attractors can exist in nonautonomous quasiperiodically driven dynamical systems only. Because the effects of the synchronization destroy the transion to chaos through the strange non-chaotic attractors.
