I would like to compile and review historical fluorescence values from standard curves we have run in the lab. I know I can individually export data by opening each .wsp file through the Magellan software but that would be too tedious to do it for every one.
Is there a way to mass export raw values through Magellan? Is it possible to somehow convert or extract raw data from the .wsp file type?

An mass export of raw data afterwards is not possible. You have to defined in each methode under data export an automated data export into asc II files before. In this way you would have all data in an folder for an later export.
