We performed some electrical resistivity investigation in an area where the host rock was schist. Although the interest of the investigation was not delineate pyrite veins but during the investigation we observed a pyrite vein in some outcrops in the vicinity.
Try to conduct geoelectrical measurements (may be VES) on the pyrite outcrops. Calibrate your obtained results with the host rock resistivity.

yes that can be possible, depend of the size of the pyrite vein and the configuration of the electrodes. If the pyrite veins not is too small the method can delimit a area where there is.
Yes. Conduct the 2D and 1-D survey on the suspected pyrite seam using very closed electrode separations. Analise the resistivity contrast using existing litholog in the area as control. Compare the 2D and 1-D results. Calibrating the results at this point can help you delineate the pyrite.
Yes, we performed ERT with minimum electrode spacing of 2m and VES with minimum current electrode (AB) spacing of 2m in the area but my concern is that the exposed pyrite vein is ~0.2m. What is the actual inter-electrode spacing to adopt to capture this vein?
