Is it possible to convert thigh muscle from MRI scan into 3D image for analysis in ANSYS?

I need to convert human lower limb bone and muscle into 3-D image for doing analysis in ANSYS. I have seen many research has made on structural analysis of bone but i haven't seen any article on conversion of human muscle into 3-D model. Is it possible to covert muscle into 3-D model for doing analysis in ANSYS.

Do you have this model (Model 3D image MRI Scan)? If yes, I think I can help you to export that model into 3D in abaqus.
