Is it possible to connect a Pika L Resonon hyperspectral camera to a DJI Matrice 210 v2 RTK or should I look for a more powerful drone such as a DJI Matrice 600 pro? How much could flight time be reduced if I could hook it up? Thank you in advance for your guidance.
There is every reason to expect that it will be no problem, however to fly this unit will require the whole airborne version in order to have integrated GNSS/IMU which in this case is an SBG Ellipse unit.
That whole integrated system looks quite expensive, relative to any drone cost, and you dont want to lose it all i a crash, so the better quality drone with greatest flight endurance the better.
On an M600-Pro i would expect that this unit would achieve around 13 minutes flying time based on the weight and wind drag.
On a Geospace.co.nz MAP-1200 platform it would achieve around 25 minutes flight time.
The achievable outputs would be based on your choice of lens and flying height and speed.

Very interesting your comments thanks!!, I will try to follow your advice. I'm installing a lab at my university and for now I'm going to buy the UAV DJI Matrice 210 v2 RTK along with a Micasense Altum camera. However, my intention is to buy the PIKA L hyperspectral camera later and I wanted to know if it would be compatible with the M210 v2 RTK or if it is better to point to another type of UAV unit of larger size and resistance.

the Micasense and PikaL are different beasts at vastly different cost points.
The micasense is an area camera so can easily be used with an aerial platform and RTK system. The PikaL is a linescan device used in pushbroom mode on an aerial platform and therefore requires very precise IMU and GNSS system and can use post processing PPK by comparison RINEX data sets.
The RTK system of the UAV is of no use to the data from the PikaL, it is used simply to position the UAV more accurately on its path so you get somewhat better location tracking on your mission path.
Likewise the RTK on the UAV is of no relevance to the Micasense unit, it is the PPK data that will give you prceise positioning but you will also need Ground Control Points to align those images unless you have a very good GNSS as well with a very high update rate.
Beyond those issues the UAV choice is simply about payload capacity and flight endurance to complete a required mission.
