i want to combine two techniques in on microstrip patch antenna (miniaturization and polarization reconfiguration). is it possible to make this antenna ? specially both of that techniques will change antenna geometry ?

yes you may apply both technique together, but do not use slotting for both miniaturization and polarization , for polarization truncation corner, more than one externally feeding network.
