Is it possible to build a capacitor bank of 6-8 kV capacity using capacitors, transformers, etc?Or does it make more sense to purchase one?

The intended application is to apply capacitor bank for Electromagnetic metal forming of metal sheets.

I have a doubt about capacitor bank. How to differentiate between pulsed power capacitor bank and power factor correction capacitor bank?

Also other than Farad are capacitor bank expressed in terms of the energy output for which they are applied (e.g kJ of Energy) ?
