In my opinion, the use of Business Intelligence analytical platforms should be useful both for improving organizational leadership and for strategic management, which can result in significant strategic success of organizations, including enterprises and corporations, which use Business Intelligence analytical platforms as a tool supporting organizational management processes.

Therefore, in many enterprises, Business Intelligence analytical platforms are built and developed, which are connected to the transactional systems, databases and other IT systems of the company. In this way, integrated IT systems are built, where real-time analyzes of current sales, production, logistics, market analyzes, conducted ventures, risk management and other aspects of a full analysis of the company's economic and financial situation can be conducted.

As a result, these systems build tools such as early warning indicators on potential threats, the growing risk of economic crisis in the context of falling sales and declining economic growth in the domestic and global economy, in the markets where the company operates or for identifying development opportunities when the situation economic and market recovery improves as counterparties 'investments grow, consumers' incomes grow and sales and financial revenues from the sale of products and services increase.

In connection with the above, enterprises should build and develop Business Intelligence analytical platforms in order to improve the management processes of the entire organization and individual departments and activities carried out in the enterprise. Many studies show that these are excellent instruments that effectively support business management. The largest enterprises and corporations develop such IT solutions supporting organizational management processes. However, in recent years, IT companies also produce certain analytical Business Intelligence platforms for enterprises in the SME sector, as a result of which the market of recipients of this type of instruments supporting organizational management processes is expanding and increasing.
