Your question is old here but if you still are interested in this subject you can use the Atmospheric Correction Parameter Calculator (http://atmcorr.gsfc.nasa.gov/). You just need your position on earth and temperature and air humidity at 2m.
I tried the Atmospheric Correction Parameter Calculator, but the output data doesn't include specific humidity.. in envi-met they describe this value as "Value for the top of the model. Basically defined by the advected mesoscale air mass and (like the temperature and the geostrophic wind)" and when using the simulation it doesn't allow a value above 20 (2500m,g/kg), i can't seem to understand how to calculate it.. any help appreciated.
