The definate band gap is different. Is this change has any effect on the optical band gap of polyaniline synthesized by both methods (We took absorption of both polymer in NMP solvent)

Thanks for your answer and valuable information. Is these factor will affect the optical band gap of polyaniline (We took absorption of both polymer in NMP solvent). Because in our case, there is a very slight change in band gap near about 0.04 after vacuum drying both the sample.

we had recently studied and published results on the effect of the polymerization temperature on the structure, morphology and conductivity of PANI prepared using ammonium peroxodisulfate. Enclosed please find file with that paper from Euu. Polym. J. 2013, in which you will probably find answers for some your questions.
