Can we use the word hybrid to designate polymer-CNT nanocomposites i.e., hybrid polymer-CNT nanocomposites? Here I attached some literature where people frequently used it and published paper in good journal. Please open the discussion.

- Hi. As for my opinion, if there is chemical interaction then we can address it in that way. To add into the data, you can take let say FTIR or XPS for CNT, polymer being used, the third one is the hybrid. Hope it is useful.

Yes. If you electropolymerize one monomer over another conducting polymer, a composite is formed, and it may be considered a hybrid material.
Nevertheless, the term "hybrid" is more characteristic to designate the materials containing organic and inorganic part.
