Female, 33 y.o.

History: in Jan 2013 diagnosed with mediastinum mass 4 cm. Tumor was revealed accidentally. There were no any other symptoms (like fever, weight lose and so on). Diagnosis of tymoma was made. Also there was no treatment, only medical follow-up. Biopsy was nor performed.

Currently in April 2014 she returned to the hospital for the exam. Mediastinum mass has slightly increased in size (accurate size is unavailable) with invasion of left lung upper lobe. There were no any other symptoms. Diagnosis of tymoma was made. Patient underwent surgery. Tumor with lung tissue was removed.

Histology and IHC data: DLBCL with CD99 expression.

Question: is it possible for patient with such lymphoma type to live 1.5 year without treatment?
