America theoretical physicists Lee Smolin speaks of the need for real time and novelty in physics.
Although he focuses on variable laws, his assumptions might ss well fit in an 'ascent-type" organizational type.
As nature organizes it self in phenomena, material entities and systems both macroscopic and microscopic, fields, there can be an "ancent type" which is superior than Previews, a biological concept (Khiatipis C., 2000) at which type of organizational systems develop but do not "grow".
I cannot specify creteria for this in physics but this seems to agree with Smolin's aspect of novelty and real time, because it means not all reality is there at once, known by the law researcher at a future time that he formulates it.
It is certainly a more plausible way to formulates real, i.E closer to biology conception type of time while saying in the framework of physics (paradigm) that what he suggests.
