I learned about Rajpath Publisher sometime ago. It is an online based research publisher, I think it's an India company with representations in Nigeria and the United States. I actually learned about them through a call for papers they sent to me and I have published with them. I stopped publishing there after three papers because I think it might appear too much to just publish all my papers in one journal.

However, I just receive an email from them concerning a new journal they publish on behalf of a University. Do you think it's proper to have all my papers published with one publisher, eventhough the new journal is owned by a University? I need quick answer please, if it's okay I will send a paper for their October Issue.
