Is it not amazing to know that Mercury has the most eccentric orbits by knowing that pressure in swirls is under Bernoulli's principle, which states that fluid pressure decreases when its speed increases. As we know, Mercury is the fastest planet in terms of speed of rotation. in another precisely words the annular swirl which Mercury swimming in it is the fastest swirl so that the pressure in Mercury swirl is the lowest which causes its eccentric?

Empty space-time is not a fluid, so Bernoulli's principle has no application to the orbit of Mercury. The orbital motion of Mercury is not caused by swirling within a fluid, but by its following the space-time geodesic created at its position by the Sun. And there is no reason that Mercury couldn't have a less eccentric orbit. The fact that its orbit is relatively eccentric is undoubtedly an accident (the odd rotation of the planet is also due to an interesting coincidence involving the shape of its orbit and its rotation rate, which causes the planet to see the Sun as nearly stationary in the sky at the time that its tidal force on the planet is greatest -- see http://cseligman.com/text/planets/mercuryrot.htm for more about that). Aside from that, Mercury does not have the most eccentric orbit of any planet. Pluto holds that honor, even if it is now labeled as a dwarf planet, and is only able to get closer to the Sun at perihelion than Neptune because of the way that Neptune's gravity keeps Pluto from ever approaching the larger planet. (The way in which Neptune controls Pluto's orbit and that of a number of other 'Plutinos' is extremely interesting, but my website does not currently contain an explanation of that phenomenon, and it is outside the scope of this question.)
