I've noticed that in most papers symbionts from corals are Water-Pik with seawater. Can de-ionised water be used instead for frozen corals?
coral lives only the seawater in tropical clear water with sunlight. so de-ionised water cannot use instead of seawater
Thank you for your reply Nagalakshmi.
Sorry, I didn't include an important piece of information. What if the corals have been frozen?
According to Johannes & Wiebe (1970), de-ionise water may cytolyse the cell. Therefore, it is better to use seawater.
I need to prepare a standardized Hydrochloric acid, 0.1 N ethanolic solution . What are the procedures? Is there a standard protocol for that?

What will be a good book or paper to look at to understand the theory behind the behaviour of stone columns? Thanks in advance.

If you extract sea water, and filter it, would it be suitable as an input for green hydrogen production? From an electrochemical perspective, would this be the only process step required?
