I am sending an abstract for a conference (for the first time), and was wondering if I should include a reference list and keywords or is the main text sufficient. The submission website didn’t specify a section for them
The standard practice is for you to send the paper title, personal details (name, address, phone number, email) along with the abstract and keywords. No need for the reference yet, as the organizers might still request for the full paper in which you might add the references. I hope this helps
